looking for euro lites for 84 4000sq

The stock lights suck (no big surprise here).
Before I go spend the money, anyone have a used set of euro
lites (h4/h1) they want to sell?  This is for my 84 4000sq
with the dual light setup.

I'm also looking for a horn - one of the 2 on my car died, but
I don't know if it's the low or high.  Has anyone tried the
Hella dual air horns for $25 in Imparts?  I wonder if an addition
relay would be necessary...

Lastly, any thoughts on installing fog lights on the 84 4000?
There are brackets for them on the bumper, but I know that they
would be smashed within a few days thanks to curbs, snowbanks, etc.
