Fan motor dying in 88 80Q

My fan motor only works on IV.  I, II, and III decided to now take the
Winter off.  Is there an easy way to test this problem to resolve it?  Is it
a sealed motor and just replace it or can it be fixed?  How hard is it to
take the center console apart?
