90 Coupe Opinion Please

Can any coupe owners help out this friend of mine.
I am not intimate enough to know which mech/elect.
demons might exist in this car.  I have already
forwarded Edmund's pricing guide, which this falls
in the middle of wholesale and retail.  Please
