   SO how do we get dynamic boost control and
   dynamic timing control for our old UrQ's.
   Well, off hand I'd say J&S's timing controller
   could be hooked into a wastegate controller too.
   If you open the regulated side of the the 
   Schrappnel Knobben_tm when the alert reaches
   a certain level, you could do it very easily.

When I last talked to the guy, and told him what I was doing with the
ECU code, variable boost, and all, he allowed that he had experimented
with a boost controller back in his days of youth, and that he had a
prototype from an earlier generation of ig ctl box that might be make
to work with the newer ig ctl circuit, much as the timing retard works,
back off the boost when detonation is detected.
