You forgot one more thing Bob... weight. you want the car as light
as possible.. SO, you might want to make sure you don't have too
much oil, coolant, and other lubricant in the car. Heck, you
might as well just eliminate the radiator (since it can weigh the
car down with all the coolant etc), and just drive with your hood
open to keep the car cool. ;)
