Not all salesmen are like this, though. I have a good one that
I found years ago shopping for my first quattro. He explained
all the models quite well to me, and gave me advice on which
ones would be better for me. Since then, we've had many talks
about which years got this suspension piece versus that one,
when this feature was introduced, and other minor details from
lighting configurations to seat stiffness. He seems to know his
stuff. Too bad the dealership he works for doesn't know the
difference between a wrench and a hammer.
