Now come to think of it, isn't Audi planning to update the A8 in 1998? 
Has anyone heard what's going to be new in the new A8? And what's the 
point of buying the "old" A8 when new A8 is going to come out a year or 
two later??

Too bad that Audi U.S. still does not import 30 volve V6, although I 
wasn't really impressed with stock performance of the 30V V6 (auto+q at 
around 8sec 0-60)...

...At almost the same time as VW is going to release the new Beetle (or 
is that "Concept 1?"). They sure look alike from more than 20 feet...
