Other than using the same reservoir for fluid, the clutch and brakes are 
separate systems.  It really doesn't matter in which order they are bled.  

It is interesting to note that the *last* time I took my 5k into the dealer
for service I asked them to bleed the brakes.  When I picked the car up I 
asked them if they had bled the clutch as well.  They said no and said it was
because I didn't ask for it ....
