... I brought in a recent copy of Q^2 and all I could find was the "Bridge-
stone Winter Driving Program."  It is being held in Steamboat Springs.  No
mention is made of QCUSA at all.  I seem to recall reading articles about 
the event in previous issues of the quarterly.  It does mention that it is
"New in '96" ... I don't know what that means.
