ARI has been available on Blaupunkt radios at least since '87.   The
Lexington SQR 46 I bought for my old 4kcsq had it--but can't use it here in
Seattle.  The Delta radio in my '91 does have an ARI circuit.

The cheap Sony installed in my SeaRay has a switch for selecting the AM
frequency interval.  this one dates from about '91.
