ski sack cover

I have been searching for a cover that fits in the trunk of a 1991 Audi Coupe
Quattro for the ski sack.  The dealers can't give me a part number as it is not
listed in the microfiche.  They have said that I can order a complete ski sack and that may contain the trunk cover.  In addition,  Audi of America was useless.  The cover is approximately 7" x 12" and seems to be the same that is in the new A4.  Any help as to where I can get such a cover would be much appreciated.
