Radiator life ?

It looks like the radiator (in front of the fan - driver side) is 
leaking.   My car has 145,800 Km on it.  Does it look like normal 
radiator life ?  Has anyone tried using radiator sealant for these 
rads ?

The center radiator also look greenish.  I don't know how long that 
one will last.  What is your experience with their life expectancy ?
