Ive dealt with them MANY times and they only screwed up ONCE. (Wish I 
could say that about my audi dealer!) So that isnt too bad. My only pet 
peeve with them is when I say I need "4  Yokohama A509's in 205-55 15's" 
they always say "What are these for?"  WHATS THE DIFFERENCE!!! I KNOW 
WHAT IM ORDERING!!! A fight ensues each time...

I know I know, they are just trying to prevent me getting the wrong tire, 
but when I tell them its for a '91 90 20VQ they say "Oh no, thats the 
wrong tire..." Another fight ensues...   See what I mean?!
