Good point... If it were his private car I would never pull over. I would 
never pull over for anything other than a well marked cruiser. Too many 
idiots can get wig wag's and pull anyone over. I hear too many stories. 
If one were behind me, I wouldnt try to outrun him, but I would drive 
nicely to the local PD. If he were real, he'd follow.
