Coughing on O2

I believe a technical article exists on this at SAE and C&D did an excellent
review in laymans terms about 3 years ago.....  I think I still have it
somewhere....  The bottom line is this, on FI cars this fuel screws up the O2
sensor (since it measures O2), but that for carburated cars it is a great
fuel for passing your local emissions tests.....  Great a fuel for less than
10% of cars rolling, that's good thinkin......   And tho even the EPA itself
did cold weather testing in Alaska first with absolutely disasterous results,
they implemented the mandate ignoring their own data....   Neat.....
