re: leaking heater core

Replacing the heater core,in most Audis, can be a bitch of a job; It's not 
like replacing the one in your old TR, etc.  The entire dash has to be 
removed....as you can already can tell, this will be EXPENSIVE if you had 
it done by the dealer, not to mention how much they'll want for a heater 
core.  i.e., MAIL ORDER!

It's a pretty straight forward job, however.  It might be worth investing 
in a Bentley for your car, if one is in print, and doing the job 
yourself.  Loads of fun.....  ;)
