I hate to spoil the mystery here, but I received by Fed Ex last month, 
right before Christmas, a nice Audi Calendar. It is how you described.
It is cool. Audi Marketing was kind enough to send me one.
I wish they sold them through the dealers like Porsche. Maybe Herr Piech 
does not think that North Americans would appreciate it.
