Hmmm, apologies folks for not remembering the specific
car in question, but the dash definately does *not* have
to come out on the 5k series. Blower housing/heater core
is removed into the engine compartment.

Are the 5k's unusual in this way???

Either way, having the dealer do it is definately $$$, no
question about that.....
