ROLLING ROADS

Does any body know of a rolling road in the northeast. After talking to a
number of so-called motorsport experts on Long Island I can not find a
rolling road. In the UK it seems that any "tuner" worth his or her(PC) salt
has a rolling road. but nt her. Every body wants to take my engine out of the
car to dyno it, this is not an option.  Does anybody have experience with a
chassis dyno and what are your thoughts.
