This one's easy.
The tubes that carry the fluid don't stay in the rubber fittings
that feed the fluid to the jets. Open your hood, then squirt the
washers. You'll see all the fluid running into your engine bay.
The rigid center tubes is just too short to hold.
You can push-fit the tubes back in; this will work for a week or
so. I ended up taking the tube out of one of the guides, which
gave me another 1/2" of slack. It's easy.
Also, those electrical connections are for the heaters on the
jets. This is part of the cold weather package.
