Ned's computer

	Today I recieved Ned's catalog of S4 mods.
		he said I have to send hime the computer and then he will
send it back. Is it the only way ? is it possible to buy new EPROM and
we will change it ourself ?
		Send costly com. from Thailand to USA and then back to
Thailand again is not fun,and may be spend a month..!
	S4 stage IV is quite expensive (3170$) ,I don't know whether $3170
is the net price after send my old turbo and manifold to him,or if I send
turbo and manifold to him it will be cheaper.
