20V motor in 90Q sedan
Jeff-
Most or all of the 1990 and 1991 90Q sedans
were equipped with the "coupe" motor - the
20V, 2.3l, normally aspirated I-5. It makes
165hp - but is quite peaky. It comes obviously
"on cam" at about 4000 rpm.
I have one, and like it very much. Smooth,
quick, solid. Nice handling/steering feel
(if only Audi would remove the LPF from the
power steering, grrrr).
As an ealier poster stated, the '92-95 90s
had a stretched trunk, folding rear seats,
and the v6. I'd really like the folding
rears and the larger trunk, since I'm a
regular skiier. Alas, the gas tank reside
behind the seat, as in the 4000Q.
