Struts or wheels...

Thanks for all the help with the Oil sensor, I replaced the
Hi-pressure one and it works great now!

Next question, Performance Opinions.

I have '84 4ks...  Factory struts and 13" wheels.

If I had to choose one of the two (struts vs wheels) to upgrade for better
handling, which should I pick?  If I am working off of the wrong premise,
let me know...

My thoughts were either Gas Struts  OR  14" wheels with a lower profile tire
so as not to ruin the setup...
