I have a quick question if you don't mind...I am a QCUSA
member, and have yet to attend an event.  Is there a 
charge for the events and/or schools?  I plan on going
to the Virginia City Hill Climb, but I understand you
have to have at least one event under your belt before
being allowed on the hill...The one in Portland is
the closest to me(Southern Calif.) So that is the one
I am going to attend.
