Hey , save yourself some money and rebuild it! Any used part you get will 
probably need the same attention anyway and a new one =$$$$. Its a pretty easy 
job but be sure to put plenty of never-seize in there once you clean out all the
crap.If not you'll be doing it again next year.  I typically use LUCAS caliper 
grease because it can hold up to brake fluid if by chance you leak into the rear
chamber. HOWEVER, confirm that you dont also need a brake cable. Those are known
to seize-up also. No amount of moving the arm back and forth will free a seized 
caliper. Trust me, I've tried.
