ABT & MTM engine options

In a letter I received from ABT I read the following:
ABT has the following engine options based on the S4/S6 230hp engine:

Option 1 (260hp)
New chip
Abt exhaust system (note this is included to provide the 260 hp)
fine tuning of engine
cost: 5000 DEM (German marks)

Option 2 (280hp)
New chip
Two new performance cams
Abt exhaust system
fine tuning of engine
cost: 10000 DEM

Option 3 (300hp)
New chip
Bigger turbo
Two new performance cams
Abt exhaust system
fine tuning of engine
cost: 15.000 DEM

Option 4 (330hp)
New chip
Bigger turbo
Two new performance cams
Abt airfilter system
Abt exhaust manifold
Abt exhaust system
fine tuning of engine
cost: 26.000 DEM



I have also inquired at MTM (Motoren Technik Mayer) and they have the
following options for the S4/S6 230hp:

Option 1 (264hp)
New chip
cost: 2.000 DEM
(I have this one on my S4, which gives me a 0-100 time of 6,2 sec.)

Option 2 (303hp)
New chip
Bigger turbo
Wastegate changes
cost: 6.500 DEM

Option 3 (315hp)
New chip
Bigger turbo
Wastegate changes
New performance cams
New exhaust manifold
cost: 9.000 DEM

Option 4 (330hp)
New chip
Bigger turbo
Wastegate changes
New performance cams
New exhaust manifold
modified head
cost: 18.000 DEM

Option 5 (380hp)
Racing turbo
S1 exhaust manifold
New carbon airfilter, the lot..
cost: 28.500 DEM

Option 6 "RS4" (400hp)
complete vehicle
cost: on inquiry only (you would'nt want to know...)

I have done stage one now, trying hard to resist the temptation to go
further.....
