Do yourself a favor that will payoff in the long term.   Have the shop
that sold you the tires put them on the balancer and spin them.  While
they are spinning, hold something stationary by the lip (inner, then
outer) and see if the rims are out of round or have any wobble.  That will
at least find the culprit or eliminate a possibility.
