Wuzza CD?

I found a rather interesting (to me) Audi sighting the other day.  A
beautiful gold Audi 5000CD.  What in the heck is a CD?  I would assume it
would be diesel, but I walked behind it while it was running, and it didn't
sound like a diesel.  What's the deal.

No, I didn't run behind it in traffic, it was in a parking lot.  :)  I may
be dumb, but I'm not stupid...
