Exactly. The mass of the rotor is also very close to the axis of rotation.
The rotational mass of the wheel and of the tire would be a much larger factor
Vs that of the rotor, but, still, the relative mass of the vehicles and the
swept area totally swamps the effect of the lighter rotor's mass.
