A couple of weeks ago I kissed off my local dealer. Heres my story...

UrQ goes in for alignment. Get it 2 (!!) days later with a $600 bill. 
After I got off the floor I said "why"? He told me one of the bolts on 
the ball joints was so frozen it took 3 guys nine hours to get it off. I 
told him they could have cut it off with a torch and replaced it cheaper 
than that. I somewhat split the difference with them, but I wont be back.

I dont get along with dealers.
