Way off.... A pop off valve downstream of the t-body pops Air pressure, not
exhaust gasses, so untill your motor gets the result of the lower air
pressure, the turbo will spin faster to make up for the bleed..... And since
there is no way to regulate turbine speed with a pop off, any pressure
condition will be full always, by definition.... Boom theory again..... No
regulation of turbine speed with a pop off valve.... It will schrapnel the
turbo first WOT.....
