I suggest option 5.  It would at least be the most fun!!!  Or celebrate 
Thanksgiving 365 days a year!!!!

No, all kidding aside, you might want to try calling a garden/landscape 
store to ask what kind of repellant they have that you could use to keep 
those nasty birds from pecking your beautiful A4.  I have used a 
repellant to keep cats and dogs away from my car at school and it seems 
to work.  No more little Red North Carolina Clay kitty prints on my 
hood.  If there is a Quality Farm & Fleet in your area, they may be able 
to help too.
