When 4-way flashers are having no effect STOP.  Wait for them to get 
frusturated and try to pull around you and then accelerate away.  
Probably a good way to get shot at in some cities so be careful.  If they 
stick on your tail again do the lesson over until they learn!  If you 
really want free stuff, lure them in nice and close and wait for a red 
light or a stopped line of traffic and climb on the brakes(Be sure that 
your headrests are properly adjusted).  Tried 
it once but decided to swerve out of the way when I saw the look on their 
face( I guess braking hard in an SUV isn't reassuring!)
