The post to which I replied (form Ayrton) told the story of intetionally
pacing another car immediately to his right for the sole purpose of
preventing the guy behind from getting buy. I quote:
>"So I sped up til there was a car in the next lane...
>an elderly man in a Caddy...and I drove right next to him at the same
>speed...blocking both lanes."
so I am assuming there are at least two lanes going in the same direction.
I do not support tailgaiting. However, I feel intentionally preventing
someone from passing is worse than tailgaiting and this kind of tactic can
get you in serious trouble. My point is simple: If you are in the fast lane
and someone wants to get buy, simply move over.
I don't think that's out of line.
If there is only one lane, then the guy behind should travel at a safe
distance until there is a passing zone.
