A wheel question for ya,
I'm working on a wheel/tire package for my '85 Coupe GT, and I'm
getting conflicting information due to the bolt pattern. I've
been told that the bolt pattern is 4x108 or 4x100.
The wheels on there now are the earlier 14x6 Ronals used with the
'84 4kqs and Coupes with the exposed bolts. I've also noticed
that there is more selection with the 4x100 (VW) pattern. I'm
looking at either a +1 or +2 upgrade, depending on what fits.
I'm getting a LOT of conflicting information, even from Tire
Rack. Any advice on upgrades? I'm not afraid of rolling the
fenders either. The car's suspension has been modified with H&R
springs and Boge Pro-gas shocks & struts (VERY NICE!).
Thanks all!
