If you guys have not had a chance to check these magazines out yet, 
they are definitely worth a look. They are two German magazines, Auto 
Zeitung and Sport Auto. First lets go to Sport Auto which has a small 
article on the A4 quattro 1.8 turbo. It is the March issue. Rally 
great Walter Rohrl test drives a Hohenester tuned version of this car 
which puts out 290 H.P.!!! 0-60 times in the mid five's and a top 
speed of 270 km/h!!! The price tag is around 50,000 DMarks. It is a 
nice 4 page article with some great photos. And Walter writes up the 
article.

But the creme de la creme is the article in the March issue of Auto 
Zeitung. It is a 17 page article about Audi's future with a look into 
the past and present. The S8 makes its debut, I think, in these pages.
 It has a 340 H.P. V-8 and runs the 60 in the mid five's and a 
governed top speed of 250 km/h. Price tag around 135,000 DMarks. The 
car looks super sweet. There is also a 326 H.P. 4.2 Liter V8 S6 
Limousine, not in the traditional sense, which costs big bucks as 
well and is also super fast. On the same pages as the S6 are pictures 
from what looks like the quattro line of accessories such as clothes 
and also a mountain bike. The bike is also in the Sport Auto mag in a 
bigger article.

Also the A3, the turbo diesels, the TT, which also makes  a splash  
in C&D's April issue, the new A6 which is slated for 97, and the Ur-q 
and the S2 are given a side bar article. I wish I could read  German. 
It looks as though this year for Audi is going to very good Globally. 
One of the articles in the Auto Zeitung magazines reads...
