that reflector toward the center from the turn sigs is also a bumper            
bolt cover...  as in bumper piston directly behind it!                          
no clearance there, but a perfect base for a light bar a la scott.              
if i remember correctly, the bottom lip of the 85-88 bumper or the              
lower grill opening is reinforced with a metal extrusion which is               
suitable for mounting at least the lighter (less heavy) lights if not           
the R2000-types.  the big ones should go on top of the bumper, which has        
a proper metal beam behind the plastic.
