The symptoms indicate a bad connection on the baack of the instrument
panel PC ( really a "flex circuit" ). However, I cannot explain how
your speedometer would STAY at one speed, until I cleaned up all
my connectors ( with industrial flux followed by contact lubricant 0
my speedometer would go to zero....
