V6 Oil Pumps

     Hi,
     Some recent posts that have mentioned problems with oil pumps in the 
     2.8 V6 have me worried.  Is this a recognized problem?  How many 
     people out there have suffered oil pump failure?  Do we have any high 
     mileage V6's out there and have they had any problems like this?  Or 
     am I just being paranoid?
