Don't foget that you need access to both sides of surface to use a greenlee tool.

Mouser Electronics carry punches too (800 346 6873).  The only Greenlee
I noticed were  for D-Connector shaped holes, all > $300!.  They do have
another range which start at $17 for 12.5mm (~1/2") to $161 for  75.0mm.
(There were some imperial sizes too.)

Anyway, FYI, I have no connection with Mouser other than being on their
catalog mailing list.
