I stumbled across a website called Cyberspeed the other night - lots of need
go fast goodies - including an ignition control system for under 300.00
specifically for turbo/supercharged apps that can retard ignition up to 20
degrees.
Add a rising rate fuel regulator, and you could do some interesting tweaking...
