No, sorry, not for passing either. Don't like slowing down to give me some
room, while I move out of the way? That's just reaaaallll tough. If, say,
another car pulled in front of me, and I had to brake right when you popped
up behind me, whamo.(as you pointed out below)

Correctly so. The person behind you had the last chance to avoid the
accident, and were not operating their car properly.
