It's not that-it's when people purposely try to make you feel
uncomfortable,no matter how much control you have over the situation(ie, 4
lanes, but heavy traffic, (or 1 lane, no passing) and you're in the way of
some big shot driving his merc/beemer/etc.(Yes, I realize other drivers
tailgate-seems like another large group of jerks are van drivers(ie repair
men, delivery, etc.) who are late/pressured.

I wouldn't recommend blocking a lane for extended periods of time-this _is_
illegal in many states.  The type of people who tailgate are also the type
who have cell phones and will whip them out and report you for your bad
driving :)
