American parts on an Audi???

Finally got around to changing the front brakes on the TQ last night (pad
warning light's only been on for two months & 4,500 miles), I've got her in the
air, take the caliper carrier off, pull out the rear pad, look at the front pad
(no, I wasn't paying attention) and see TORX screws!!! Since when does Audi
use TORX screws??? I don't even OWN a TORX driver!! Channel locks did the
trick, got the anti-rattle spring off the old pads & on the new ones with a
minimum of fuss. Does anyone know what size those dumb things are? T50 like
all the 'Murican rust-buckets use? Be nice to be able to go buy it & have the
right tool for the next time I do brakes on the thing. This set cost me $9.85
at NAPA (Scott & Eric, you two aren't reading this right?) so I don't really
expect them to last me too long...
