Sounds like you might need subframe bushings.  You can replace them with 
stock Audi parts OR I have replacements availble in Aluminium....

It will get your feet and legs......And yes the new one can blow 
also.......

Did you install relays?? If you did'nt 1) your not really going to get a 
improvment because you will still have the same low voltage problem that 
you had before.  And 2) your going to fry your headlight 
switch/wiring.......
