Halogen designation & tires...

OK, two questions...

First, what is the difference between the different 'types' of 
halogen bulbs...  I see H-1, H-3, and H-5.  All other things being
equal, is one brighter, more focused, or longer lasting than the
rest?  I'm confused!

Secondly...  I am replacing the stock wheels and tahrs on my 84 4ks.
I was originally considering 14" wheels, but am still tossing 15" ones
around (and are they HEAVY) but am not sure if this is a wise move...
How much will it affect my car's setup, and handling to go one step up..
Will they even FIT?
