Are you selling new engines too Peter?  Sure, just suck some dirt
into that nice cylinder... :)  Maybe you meant on a bench?

They do increase breathing at higher revs (4-5k on my 90 10v) and
change the engine noise a bit.  Plus, with the filter being a pain
the tush to replace on the 90, it's worth it just to avoid changing it
as often.
