I believe that the "0" is represented as a "-"
on the display. 

Also, on the radio replacement thread, my Bose
head unit was acting flaky so I tried to find
a suitable replacement ala Crutchfield and ran 
into the same issues as what has been mentioned
in the group. I checked around to have the radio
repaired and the local shops wanted $150-$180 and
2 months for a volume knob replacement. I called
the dealer just for grins: $121 exchange. Sometimes
it works OK...
