The ECU compares the two (crank by ignition sending units ----  Cam by
distributor) for proper ignition advance....   The car once it's running will
not be affected by the 2312 code (other than the lite on the dash all the
time), and infact is the reason the Franco gear will work with the 86> turbo
10v cars....  But that 2312 code will still show an error everytime you reset
then exceed 3krpm......  Bummer.....   A car with no hall sender signal can
be a bitch to start (if at all)
