Re: Head Work




          I've done the headwork on the NA I-5 in my '85 GT........
          
          The larger valves, if done correctly, is probably the best mod 
          that I've done to this motor.  Coupled with a better cam and K&N 
          (I agree that the K&N would be negligeble without other mods), 
          there is a BIG DIFFERENCE.  Power is up noticabley across the RPM 
          range.  The headwork's were I dumped the paint job money.
          
          The car is so much more fun to drive now, that the wife takes 
          it.......used to be: "honey, can I take the GT?" now: "Honey, I'm 
          TAKING the GT".....
          
          The only other mod the motor has is the header (eurorace).
